Hello, Toronto!

Been so long, readers! How have you all been? Yes, we’ve been missing in action here for quite some time now. However, if you’ve been following us on our Social Media, you would know how busy we’ve been. So much has happened in the past few months that we’ll just stick to giving you a quick brief of what’s cooking at Team Daily Headquarters.

Yeah, Headquarters. Our Vancouver office is now our Head Office as we enter newer markets.

Exploring new waters and venturing into new territories is our plan of action for this year. We spent Winter 2016 planning our moves and now, with Spring, we’ve sprung into action.

To start our journey out of our home city, we decided on Toronto as the first stop. It took us some intense manpower, a great deal of planning, a whole lot of emails and a couple of tedious weeks to settle in. Now that we have settled in, we are beginning to replicate our Vancouver operations in Tdot.

The highlight of our Toronto move? Walmart!

How convenient is it to shop for your groceries while sitting in the comfort of your house? Super convenient, we say. Walmart heard you and have launched their Grocery Home Delivery services. Before you get too happy, it’s only in Toronto for now.
Being their delivery partner, we help fulfill numerous delivery orders throughout the day. So, just with the click of a button or tap on the app, you’ll have all your groceries delivered to your door steps in no time.
Here are some behind the scenes pictures of us going about our daily tasks with Walmart.

Apart from Walmart, we are also in talks with various other partners to make sure that the Bowtie Squad becomes recognizable in Toronto.

So, if you are a restaurant or store looking to partner with us, sign-up now on http://dailydelivery.ca/merchants.php

And, if you are a Delivery Specialist, get started with us on http://dailydelivery.ca/drivers.php

Let’s all join forces to make the Toronto chapter of Team Daily a success!

Wait, before we sign-off, here’s a BIG, WARM, HEARTFELT Thank You to everyone who has been supporting and encouraging us so far. Yes, we are talking about you, you and you, too.
Without you all, there’s no Team in Team Daily.

That’s all folks, we’ll now get back to planning some more awesomeness. Until next time 🙂

Say Hi to New Members of Team Daily

Hasn’t it been long since we last communicated? Oh, we feel like it’s been ages!

Yes, we were missing in action here but the action wasn’t missing us. While we were away from the blog, we were busy with growing Team Daily. From Delivery Specialists to Sales Reps to Interns, we have quite many new Daily-ians around.

Today, we’ll be talking to one of our new team members about some cliched and some interesting topics.

So, let’s get chatting with Rashmi Acharyya – our newest Intern.
Rashmi is a postgraduate candidate at SFU and you guessed it, she got in touch with us through our network at the University. She has been with us for over 2 months now and plans to extend her internship well into the New Year.

20161201_151111

Prior to joining our Team, Rashmi said that she thought Daily’s working environment was just like any other office where employees came in at 9am, quietly did their tasks, took a lunch break and left by 5pm. Although she was looking to gain work experience, she mentioned that she did not want a corporate style worklife.

With the stroke of their magic wand, our contacts at SFU got Rashmi in touch with us and the rest, let’s hear it from her.

Knowing that she doesn’t enjoy the traditional working environment, we quizzed her on how she finds Daily. She started with, “it’s so much fun” and added, “I love the people around me”. Smiling brightly, like she always does, she went on to say that she is always surrounded by fun, jokes and laughter. She’s right and you all know it! Talking about her team members, she said, “Fez, Sal and Jessie are such cool people to work with. I love their energy and their passion towards their work”.
Going by her enthusiasm, we think that our energy and passion has definitely rubbed on to her.
Talking about Daily moved on with us asking her about her tasks in the office. No, we don’t burden our interns with work. And no, we don’t get our interns to grab donuts and coffee for us. Okay, donuts are fattening and we drink beer so scratch that. Coming back to Rash (as we fondly call her), she said that though initially nervous, she is now confident to dabble in everything she can. She further added that she has learnt a great deal about all facets of a startup after joining us. “Choosing to join a startup was a conscious decision since I wanted to do learn about operations management, HR, accounting and all the tiny bits about running a business. I did not want to limit myself to just development work”, she elaborated on why she chose a startup for her internship. Good decision, we say!

Rash hard at work
Rash hard at work

Other than learning about the nitty-gritty of day-to-day operations at Daily, Rash said that she’s also getting to improve her communication skills. She would like to use her enhanced interpersonal skills in the Sales arena. “Once I am well-versed with the business and am confident enough, I would like to go out and bring more clients for Daily”, she included.

It’s impressive to see Rash’s drive and zeal to learn more and do more. After all, these two qualities form the core of Team Daily.

While we can go on and on talking about work, we switched topics and asked Rashmi about fun at work. “Like I said earlier, every day at Daily is full of fun and laughter”, she said giggling thinking of all the usual antics of Daily-ians. When asked to narrate an incident, she spoke about the time Leo came into the office. “Amir’s puppy, Leo, is adorable. Playing with him while working is a lot of fun. When Leo was in the office, seeing Jessie also try and play with him was interesting. It was all the more interesting since Jessie is scared of dogs”, she said while looking at a visible embarrassed Jessie and bursting with laughter. “Also”, she went on, “playing with the drone in the office is another stress buster. But I get everyone staring at me when I crash it against the wall”. Yes, Rash, we get worried that we might just lose our beloved drone.
Work is all fun and games especially at this time of year. When inquired about her Holiday plans, Rash said that she did not have any concrete plans but looks forward to absorbing Vancouver’s Holiday spirit. With various activities and events going on, we are sure that Rash will have a gala time.

We are all in Holiday mode and mood. How about you? While you enjoy some hot chocolate, we’ll get back to working hard to bring you some exciting surprises next year. Till then, have a great time y’all! 😀

It’s Investment Time for Team Daily with FrontFundr

If you have been following us from the past few months, you would know that Team Daily has been busy.

From closing some great accounts and starting new partnerships to working on our launch in other cities, we have been juggling multiple difficult tasks. This is very typical of the startup lifestyle and Team Daily thrives under that pressure.

DD-Logo

Even while balancing several tasks, a successful startup always has funding on their mind.

Meeting with different investors, pitching at countless events, and talking to numerous angel investors are the most common activities that startups think of when someone mentions funding.

How about equity crowdfunding? Equity crowdfunding is where a startup opens up their opportunity to the crowd allowing their customers and those closest to them to invest. Feeling a little skeptical?

Being in a business based on crowdsourcing resources, we were confident of this model. As our customers, you are so important to us that we want you to become investors and owners in our company. Without you, Daily wouldn’t exist, so we wanted to give you the opportunity to share in the benefits of ownership.

However, like every one of you, we also had questions. All of our questions were answered by the FrontFundr team in a way that made it simple for us to understand the process.

Now we are on their Pitch Place. So, you can invest in Team Daily just like Dragon Michelle Romanow did.
Who qualifies to invest? Everyone.
Is there a minimum amount to invest? Yes. It’s just $500 for shares in our company.

Speaking of FrontFundr, they are doing a great job in bringing startups and investors in one place through their Fintech(financial technology) model.

And, if you are still not convinced with this model of financing, in their first year of business, they have helped three local startups raise the funds they needed to grow.

We Love That With Kay! – Luminescence Exhibit

By now, we are sure that you are aware of the fact that apart from being foodies, we are adventure seekers, too. When we say we, we mean all of Team Daily! While some get the adrenaline rush from skiing and zip-lining, others enjoy shopping at new places and trying out new workout regimes. However, over the past week, Kay was on a different adventure. An art exhibition. How did it go? Did she enjoy it? Does she recommend it? Hold on with the questions there and read her first hand experience below.

What?   Luminescence Exhibit
Where? Deer Lake Park Gallery
When?  In celebration of the spring equinox, so it’s over now—but try to catch it when it’s back again!

Growing up, one of the girls in my class had her mother work at the Vancouver Art Gallery. We’d do workshops every semester and visit every new exhibition that graced the deep halls of the Gallery. All the exhibitions were breathtaking to say the least. During my year in Europe, I had the opportunity to visit a lot of art museums. I’ve wandered underneath the ceiling masterpiece that is the Sistine Chapel in the Vatican City. I’ve gazed at the remarkable curvature of the David’s bottom (let’s keep it clean here) by Michelangelo in Florence. On my tippy-toes, craning my neck above the hordes of surrounding tourists, I’ve seen the Mona Lisa behind its pane of protective glass when I was sixteen and visiting Paris for the first time.

When it comes to modern art—what the Luminescence Exhibit is more geared towards—I personally find myself less than thrilled. I am a huge fan of ARoS Aarhus Museum of Art (it might just be my favourite museum ever) but not so wowed by museums like the Tate Modern in London (sorry if I offend!). I think what pushed me over the edge at the Tate Modern was when a straight-up mirror was presented as a work of art. No. I could. Not. Gel. With. That.

Talking of the Luminescence Exhibit, we had no idea what to expect. I was semi-aware that Deer Lake Park hosted a gallery somewhere along my 144 SFU bus route to school back in the day, but couldn’t be sure. One of my girlfriends was joining me that day and she had Google mapped the place in advance. She sent me the picture featured on Google images and asked, “Is it in a house?”

We were definitely about to get turned into human centipedes.

Nope. Just kidding!

A little background info – The Luminescence Exhibit pays tribute to Yayoi Kusama’s Infinity Mirrored Room installation. It is insanely gorgeous and the name speaks for itself—a spectacular LED light display that is made to look like it spawns on forever and forever.

Virtual tour here – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vebDk7xQmCw

Although I wasn’t a huge fan of the Tate Modern, one of the best things about modern art and art in general is that it’s all about perception and interpretation. I had read that the Luminescence display was featured in a utility closet come to life by mirrors and lights, and had actually received some comments on social media commenting on my gallery photos with something along the lines of, “Wasn’t that just a room with lights hanging from the ceiling?”

But isn’t a painting just duck cloth wrapped around a wooden frame with paint slapped on it?

I think that’s pretty dope if you can turn a storage room into an interactive piece of art. The gallery itself is relatively small and indeed, located in a house. All other pieces of art had to do with light. It was a lovely visit—getting a little culture outside of the city. There were plenty of people paying a visit to the gallery as well and a small line had formed outside of the storage closet door. Plus, opening night had a line around the block!

Groups were going in one by one…et voila:

Kay at the Exhibit
Kay at the Exhibit

And there you have it—a small look into the beyond.

Till my next adventure, here’s Kay signing off. Catch you all later!

Daily Delivery on Dragons’ Den, Again!

Don’t we all just love Dragons’ Den? We do!
Don’t you all love Team Daily? If you are reading this blog, chances are that you do!

How about having Team Daily on Dragons’ Den again? Oh, not a repeat of the old segment but an entirely new segment? Sure, you would say.

Alright, alright, we did listen to you and so did CBC. Since our Stache Boys received a lot of love (read deals) in the Den, they decided to bring us back to your screens this year. This year? This week. Oh, this Wednesday, actually.

Now that we have pitched to the dragons and secured a deal, what are we doing in the Den this week? Read on to find out.

Some time during the sleepy winter months of 2015, we were asked by Dragons’ Den to film a follow-up segment. Just about a month into our first-ever television appearance, we were asked to prep-up for the second one already. We were excited. All the more happier since the filming was to take place in our office and our entire team was going to be a part of it.

From getting the haircuts right to keeping the stache stiff, the boys were preparing to show the camera a day in the life of Team Daily. Not a whole day but the busiest and the most important part of the day.

An early start to the day and seeing the filming equipment around, we were a little goofy.

IMG-20160328-WA0007

Lights, Camera, Mics, Director, Dragon, we felt as if we were being a part of the next big blockbuster.

IMG_3226

We did carry on normally with our daily activities but just had some extra guests and cameras watching us this time around.

IMG_3210

Did we do anything special? We officially welcomed Michele to Team Daily. Got her to see the action at the Rabbit Hole first hand and made her a part of the action, too. Without giving out the details, let’s just say that our very dear partners Thierry and De Beers were involved.

IMG-20160328-WA0006

The hustle bustle, the laughter, the activity and the red all over made us feel like Christmas had come in early.
After a whole day of filming, we were tired but thrilled to show everyone what Team Daily is usually up to when not talking to you.

See you all on CBC this Wednesday! Do tell us how we did especially the team members since the Stache bros are used to the limelight now 😉

Make it a Happy New Year!

happy-new-year-2016

The parties were fun, the food was delicious and the gifts were fantastic. With these, the Holiday Season of 2015 came to an end. Along with it, ended another fabulous year.
2015 was a great year for Team Daily and we are hoping 2016 is going to be even better.

Just as the New Year starts, one of the words that you get to hear here, there and everywhere is resolution!

My New Year’s Resolution is to do this, do that, accomplish this, accomplish that and so on and so forth. We, at Team Daily, do not believe in resolutions. We believe in goals. With the end result in mind, we start working towards it. Actually, more than the result, we enjoy the journey. It is the simple things in life that we like and appreciate. A smile from your co-worker, a cheerful greeting from a stranger, a scrumptious home-made meal, early morning sunshine, things like these just make every day a little different, a little more happier.

How are you going to be happy this year? Struggle to achieve the resolutions? No! Instead, make little changes to a healthier and happier you.

As a Team, below are some changes that we are looking to make in our daily lives this year. We suggest, you try these, too. And, let us know what you think!

  • Walk – Walk whenever you can. Walk around the office, around the town, in the park, anywhere.
  • Stretch – Every now and then, get up stretch. Breathe in, breathe out and see the difference.
  • Smile – Smile. You do not know whose day you’ll make with that beautiful smile!
  • Talk – Talk about what we feel. Talk to someone instead of texting and messaging.
  • Connect – Connect with family, friends, colleagues. Isn’t life all about making connections?
  • Read – Read as many books possible. Informative magazines and newspapers count, too. Let’s start with a new book each month. What say?
  • Eat – Eat healthy. Not skip meals. Eat what the heart desires and not what someone suggested!
  • Drink – Drink lots of water. If you are not drinking enough water, keep a reminder to do so.
  • Balance – Try to give as much time to life as we do to work. There is more to life than the computer screen!
  • Dress well – Dress in a way that makes us feel the most comfortable and happy!
  • Worry Less – Things are never the same. Instead of worrying, let’s work to resolve the troubles.

Let us all trying incorporating these little changes to our lives to be a little more happier each day.

Of course, there are so many more things to discuss and change but let’s first take some baby steps.
The small changes are the ones that make bigger differences! On this note, here is wishing you all a Happy New Year with a Happier You! 🙂

You Were Fantastic, 2015!

Full of surprises, Fantastic and Fabulous! These three words sum up 2015 for Team Daily. As a startup, each day is a different adventure and we have thoroughly enjoyed the last 365 days.

Every day, it is the trust of our Customers, hard work of our Delivery Specialists and the backing of our Internal Team that keeps us going.

Before we begin to talk about the remarkable things that Team Daily did in 2015, we would like to thank everyone for their support. Going by the things we have planned for 2016, be assured, you will only be proud of us.

Our year began with some press coverage. Being one of the first times, we were ecstatic. Thank you Business in Vancouver and 24Hrs Vancouver for making our year start on a  news-tastic note. Both these articles spoke about Team Daily, our business model and scooters. You would have seen our scooters throughout Downtown. But, have you spotted our Smart? You should have in the past year. Smart was one of the firsts to join Team Daily in 2015.

As we were working on serving more clients and engaging with more customers, we happened to audition for Dragons’ Den.
What happened after the auditions, you have seen it and lived it with us. From preparing to packing to pitching, Dragons’ Den definitely kept us on our feet throughout the year. Thank you Michelle & Joe for believing in Team Daily.

2015-12-30_11.53.36

Yes, we were pitching and were pitching about how we are growing by leaps and bounds. Our move to the new office highlights our growth. Spacious and colorful, our new office is helping our team work and connect better. Talking about the Team, from developers to dispatchers and interns, we on-boarded new team members and cannot be more happy to have all of them around.

IMG_3232

When you have such supporting people around, celebrating your first time on National Television turns out be even better. This is exactly what happened with us when we hosted our Dragons’ Den Viewing Party at the Rogue Kitchen & Wetbar. We would like to thank everyone who attended it and cheered for us. Your belief in us makes us want to achieve more every single day.

IMG_2985

Being on National Television has it’s perks. Not only do people recognize our ‘Stache Brothers’ more, articles about Team Daily in different publications are making us humble. Thank you SFU, BCTIA, Financial Post, and BetaKit for writing about the essence of Team Daily.

The true essence of Team Daily is serving our vast array of clients. 2015 has been lucky for us since we partnered up with many stores throughout the year. From Chocolate stores to Boutiques to Florists and Catering Services, we now work with the best names in Vancouver. Naming few of them would be unfair so here is thanking all of you for trusting the Bow-tie Squad. Your experience with Team Daily will only get better with time.

2015-12-30_12.15.37

If it is Team Daily, it is about the Community. This year, too, we were involved with different community initiatives. We were proud partners of this year’s edition of TEDxSFU. We would like to applaud their organizing committee for making the event a success this year again.

Another initiative that got us involved with the community was the Startup’s Care run for the Vancouver Food Bank. We are grateful for this opportunity, Startup’s Care.

While we are busy serving partners in Vancouver, we are also thinking about the partners in Toronto, Montreal and Seattle. 2016 will see us working with more partners, serving more customers and expanding our army of Delivery Specialists.

downtown-toronto-hotel-google-plus-exclusive-top

Since our year started on a terrific note, thanks to Dragons’ Den, we ended it on a shoot-tacular note. (Spoiler Alert) Some more airtime on National Television? Sure!

2015-12-30_12.07.36

All in all, 2015 was an amazing year for us. Going by our strategies, 2016 is going to the Real Game!

Hope it is the same with all of you.

As we like to say, here is wishing you all A Happy, Rocking & Delicious New Year! 🙂

Movember Loving!

Known as the Bowtie Squad, Team Daily members are always out and about flaunting their bowties. Bowties are our pride. We love them so much that we got Grabbit and Yuki wear them, too.

yuki1

Grab1

Don’t they look just adorable?

Apart from bowties, one more thing is very noticeable about some of the members of Team Daily.
Since we are talking about Movember here, moustache it is. Or, the way we like to say, stache!
Fez and Sal regularly charm one and all  with their stache and this month, Sam joined them, too.

How does Sam (first-time-stacher) feel about the stache? What do the boys think about their most noticeable feature? How can You take care of your handle bar?

Hold on, we got the answers for you!

Along with Kay, we bring you some stache fun.

After observing Movember for the whole month, Sam feels at ease with his achievement, erm, stache. He says, “I plan on keeping the moustache and seeing where it takes me”. On being asked to describe his stache in 3 words, he had a rather quirky answer. “Tom Selleck Impersonator”, he said. We are not too sure about this one. What do you think?

2015-11-30_14.34.10

Having observed Movember since high school where a fundraiser motivated him, Sam says that he receives a lot of compliments on his stache. And, we couldn’t agree more. Good Job, Sam!

With the stache, Fez feels that it is easy to stand out. The stache has become such an integral part of his look that he feels incomplete without it. “Wonder how I will be able to stay stache-free now!”, says Fez when quipped if he is planning to change his look anytime soon. On asked about the most important stache grooming product, he said, “Beeswax is KING”. Yes, it is. Look at his hard work!

IMG_3169

When we quizzed Sal about his stache, he said, “It is fantastic”. Sal’s stache-piration comes from Fez. He feels that the stache gives him a more mature look, a more formal look, a look that he is fond of. He, however, isn’t shy of changing the style of his stache every now and then. “You need to experiment, sometimes”, he says. Like Fez, he is also a fan of Beeswax.

Team Stache, actually, Team Daily in all their stache glory.

IMG_3174

This is about our team and their staches.
Below are the details from Kay on how you can take care of your stache in this festive season.

We know beards have been all the rage this year, but an old school gentleman’s moustache still tickles our fancy.

In the spirit of Movember, here’s a list on how to take care of your mo’!

Step 1: Start Using a Wax
We recommend Clubman Moustache Wax. Once your moustache starts getting long, the wax will help keep it nice and tidy. It’ll keep stray hairs from, well…going astray.

Step 2: Get a Moustache Comb
Get a moustache comb—these are tiny and can be kept in your pocket. You’ll need to apply the wax and to keep your moustache from getting filthy. Plus, you can use it on your hair!
We recommend Kent Fine Toothed Moustache and Beard Comb. They’re known for their sturdiness, quality, and are handmade!

Step 3: Use Wax Sparingly
Take a tiny bit of moustache wax and work your moustache brush along the wax. If you use too much, your moustache is going to look like it’s drawn in. Not cute.

Step 4: Don’t Play With Your Moustache
As tempting as it is to keep twirling the ends (if you’re looking at a handlebar moustache) or just stroking it in general, the more you touch your moustache, the more wax is going to fall out. Leave it alone otherwise you’ll keep having to reapply!

That’s all the Stache love from us, till we see you next, enjoy the weather and festivity around 🙂

Team Daily, Dragons, Drinks and the Deal

Team Daily’s Dragon madness has been going on for the past couple of months. We started with preparing for our pitch, preparing for the trip, and preparing to face the Dragons.

Once that was done, our dragon madness seemed to rest for a bit till we heard we would be airing. Airing on CBC, at Prime time, on Dragons’ Den for the Premiere episode! Gosh! We really couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Since happiness multiplies when shared, we decided to host a viewing party for our first-ever television appearance.

If you have ever hosted a party (chances are that you have!), you know how the logistics work.

We started with the guest list. We believe in the more, the merrier. On knowing that we have a lot of people to share our happiness with, we went on for venue-hunting. That was The Most Difficult Task! After running around for quite a bit, we finalized Rogue Kitchen + Wet Bar.

Since it was Rogue, we didn’t have to worry about decorating, shopping, stocking and after-party cleaning.

What we did was reach the venue on time, talk, enjoy, watch Team Daily on TV, celebrate and be thankful.

Didn’t we just summarize our party in one sentence? But, hey. It was a rocking affair. Let’s have the pictures do the rest of the talking!

IMG_2974This is how it looked like in the beginning with some networking going on.

IMG_2977I can’t disclose everything right now. You will have to watch the show”

IMG_2983And, the Dragons’ Den Season 10 kicks off. *Waiting for Team Daily to make an appearance on the Den*

IMG_2981Deal it is! Surprise and happiness in equal measure among the guests and the hosts.

IMG_2985

The messages kept pouring in and the smiles kept getting brighter throughout the night.

Those are all the pictures from the night that we all enjoyed and will remember for quite sometime. How about the other pictures? Well, some we din’t click and some we couldn’t click (we were celebrating, you see!).

The party would not have been possible without everyone who showed up and of course, their continuous support. Thank You All! 🙂

Hello Seattle, Toronto and Montreal!

This Summer has really been very busy for your Team Daily. In just the last post, we were talking about the highlights of our Summer and now we are back again with some major announcement.

But hey, hold on, this is just a part of the many more exciting announcements that we will be making in the coming few weeks.

And if you have read our last blogpost, you would know that we have a big surprise for you and this is just Part 1 of it.

Although the title screams it out loud and clear, let’s still make it official, Team Daily has a finalized list of the next three markets it would be launching next… Seattle, Toronto and Montreal.
C’mon, make some noise for the Bowtie Squad *drum rolls*

The whole team has been working day in and day out to get everything in place so that our new customers also experience nothing but the best.

From partners to customer groups, from prices to promotional material, from delivery specialists to bowtie designs, we have been carefully analyzing and planning for each of these elements.

In the first leg of our launch, we will be launching Downtown Toronto, Downtown Seattle, and Downtown Montreal.  Now you would be wondering why Seattle, Toronto and Montreal?

Seattle because we love our neighbours. Aside from some of our existing partners, it is closer in proximity to Vancouver, similar weather conditions (Rain, WE LOVE U) it will be easier for us to test waters before we look into entering other markets.

Downtown-Seattle-pic

If we are to capture the National market, no better place than Toronto. Having a strong base in Vancouver and Toronto will be the beginning of us seizing the on-demand delivery scene of Canada.

downtown-toronto-hotel-google-plus-exclusive-top

Moving into Montreal is only going to help us establish ourselves better in the East Coast along with Toronto.

montreal2

This year has been very eventful and the next year is going to be phenomenal since – you got that right – we will be launching in more cities. We are looking to gain a strong foothold in the National Market and also moving into other markets across the board. More cities mean covering more neighbourhoods which results in more convenience for everyone.

While looking to capture new markets, we are opening up another round of investment to strengthen our presence in the current market. So, BIG things are on the way… so be prepared to experience Daily’s magic in the coming year.

To the awesome folks in Seattle, Toronto and Montreal –

If you are a Restaurant/ Store looking to outsource your delivery services, look no no further than the Bowtie Squad. Shoot us an email now to learn more about our services.

For all the Customers, we guarantee an under-an-hour delivery from all of your favorites stores and restaurant. The Bowtie Squad is the answer to your prayers for personal concierge services at the most nominal price. Call, click or tap and we will be at your service!
